Wilton Junction Expansions

Over the past few years we have seen quite a few new estates go up in the Macarthur area. Most notable of which being Harrington Grove, but did you know there are plans in the works for yet more expansions?

On September 22nd Rob Stokes, the NSW Minister for planning made the announcement concerning their vision for the Greater Macarthur Region. In said announcement Wilton Junction was recognised as a priority growth precinct in the Macarthur Region.

Wilton Junction and Menangle Park developments will see a full 35,000 new homes be built in the Macarthur Region and see thousands of new job opportunities open up in the near future. We can all hope that this will force down prices of housing in Sydney as this will become quite a central hub in its completion and will certainly lessen the demand for new homes.

We at Macarthur Home Improvements are happy to announce that we will be servicing this new area when it has been completed and are very excited to be able to expand our business into Wilton Junction and interested to see what new trends arise because of this. We believe that the opening of so many houses and developments will be a welcome change to the Macarthur Region.
