2015 - A Year in Review

Welcome to the last Macarthur Home Improvements Blog for 2015. To say that we have had an eventful year this time around would be an understatement. Having said this we have approached everything that has been thrown at us and have come out relatively intact and positive about what 2016 holds for us. Changes in our political landscape both federal and local and with events around the world has us wondering what will be next.
The Macarthur Home Improvements team continues to move forward providing an even higher level of service than before as we move through our season into 2016. At this point I’d like to thank you, our customers for the faith that you have continued to have in us by allowing us to service your home improvement needs. We have made the decision to provide high quality products to our customers so they can relax in the knowledge that they have invested in quality with backup service available.
Through the year we have worked tirelessly to streamline our services and have partnered with new suppliers to better our product quality and purchasing larger quantities so as to keep our competitiveness in the market without substituting quality. In late 2013 we expanded our factory and warehouse into the next door factory and have now finished developing this new area which has given us the opportunity to achieve the efficiencies required to better our services.
I also take this opportunity to congratulate Dave Mitchelle for achieving employee if the year. Dave has shown outstanding company support as a contractor working beyond what he’s expected in his duties going great lengths and working till all hours to get jobs finished. Also a congratulations to Daren Pike and Steve Walker in their new positions as team leaders in our manufacturing since March this year, your efforts in these new positions have been excellent.
Finally I would like to wish all of you a Merry Christmas and the happiest of holiday seasons with your family and friends and look forward to another great year in 2016
