You'd think that a security door is a security door and it's as simple as that. Not necessarily.
Firstly, if you read our last blog post, you'll know that there are different types of screen mesh that you can choose from to best suit your needs for your security door. If you haven't read it, you can read it here.
But what about buying a new security door? Here's what you need to know.
Locks
All of our supplied security doors come with a triple lock, meaning that it has added security when locking the security door, by locking in 3 places along the frame of the door to the doorframe - compared to a single door lock at the handle to the insert.
Pet friendly If you have a pet that you'll like to access your home at their own free will, we can easily incorporate a pet door into the frame of the security door. You'll just need to let us know that's what you want. In that case, and comparable to your other needs, you may choose our "pet proof" mesh so your pet won't scratch the security door's screen.
Range of colours We have a vast selection of colours for you to choose from when deciding on which colour security door will suit your home. Our security doors are powder coated to the highest standard.
Australian Standards®
All of our security doors meet the Australian Standards. We always put security and safety first.
Choice of Security Door
This may be a tough one for you. There is such a range on the market for style of security doors, it may take you a while to decide which one you want.
We have security doors that range from the "standard" diamond grille through to glass panels and art deco.
You can always pop into our showroom at 1/7 Hollylea Road, Leumeah to check out our range of doors (and screens) on display. You may be amazed as to the range on offer.
